이 가운데, Small Business 들의 경제적 어려움을 지원하기 위해서 낮은 이자율의 SBA 융자 기회가 열렸습니다.

다음은 SBA 융자 신청과 관련된 정보입니다.

• 대상 :  COVID-19 으로 재난 지역으로 선포된 지역의 Individual & Small Business

• 융자금액: 최고 $2,000,000

• 융자기간: 최고 30년

• 이자율: 3.75% (비영리법인 2.75%)

• 담보: $25,000 이상 융자할 경우, 최대한 요구하지만, 담보가 없다고 융자가 거절되지는 않음

• 신청방법

  • Online

  • Paper

• 양식

  • SBA Form 5C (개인과 개인 자영업) 외 첨부자료

  • SBA Form 5 (법인) 외 첨부자료

Free SBA Loan Application Support

Dear Valued Clients,

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is offering up to $2 million in Economic Injury Disaster Loans for small businesses in eligible areas impacted by the coronavirus.  ABC CPAs has decided to support our clients who want to apply for this loan without charge.

The summary of SBA Loan related information is as follows:

• Qualification: The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering designated states and territories low-interest federal disaster loans for working capital to small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

• Loan Amount: Maximum $2,000,000

• Loan Term: Maximum 30 years

• Interest Rate: 3.75% for profit, 2.75% for non-profit

• Collateral: SBA will not decline a loan for lack of collateral, but SBA will require the borrower to pledge collateral that is available.

• Form (Online or Paper)

  • SBA Form 5C (Individual & Sole Proprietorship) and additional documents required

  • SBA Form 5 (Entities : Corporation, LLC, Partnership) and additional documents required
